Day 2- Big Sur, CA

The drive along the 1 is terribly scenic. It is also very time consuming and twisty. My car-sickness-prone dog did not barf, but she didn't particularly enjoy the ride, either. Beautiful views though.

 Elephant seals aplenty.

Camped at Plaskett Creek campground. Easy to find, lots of lovely trails.
